RETURN POLICY
If the products are bought by a company, solopreneur, organization, etc. (B2B, B2G, B2E) they have no right to return the products under any conditions (Slovenian laws applied)
If products are bought by a person and not a company he/she has a right to return the products in 14 days if not specified differently. If the product is in the group 2., 3. or 4. then it can only be return if it meets certain conditions. This is because of the nature of lifting equipment and safety that it needs to be taken into an account. List of products is available below.
If the bought products meet the criteria and you want to return them. Then this form: link to form should be filled out and shipped with the product back to us. You can also email us at: marmet@siol.net and start your return process that way.
- Products labeled »Custom«
If product is labeled »Custom« on the list below then it can’t be returned under no condition. This is because this products are made just for you. This is by the 43.č clause in the Slovenian law ZVPot (Consumer protection act).
- Products labeled »Unopened«
If product is labeled »Unopened« on the list below then it can only be returned if it hasn’t been opened and used yet.
- Products labeled »Unused«
If product is labeled »Unused« on the list below then it can only be returned if it hasn’t been used yet.
- Products labeled »Unused up to 8t«
If If product is labeled »Unused up to 8t« it means that it can only be returned if it is unused and the product bought has a WLL less than 8000kg. If the WLL of the product is more than 8000kg then it is classified as a »Custem« product. More under 1. above.
WLL stands for »Working load limit«
